Here are some Drills you can work on at home

Things to be aware of when practicing at home:
-Always practice using good form, don't practice moves that would never work in a game
-Always practice stick skills in a safe open area away from anything breakable
-Always practice your stick work as if there is a defender right in front of you.
-Protect the stick at all times. "Ball, shoulder, shoulder, man"

Wall Ball

You can also do these while playing catch with a partner:
-Throw right/catch right
-Throw left/catch left
-One handed. Alternate each set.
-Throw right/catch right - switch hands - throw left/catch left. Alternate each throw.
-Throw right - switch hands - catch left, throw left - switch hands - catch right. Alternate each throw.
-Quick stick
-Canadian Right/Left ("back handed throw"). Alternate each set.
-Throw over the shoulder, catch regular. Alternate each set.

Cradling/fakes

Be sure to practice your cradling in a safe place AWAY from any fragile items. I would recommend making a "Cradle Baby" to use for cradling practice.
-Bottom hand fakes with both hands
-Face dodge stick motions
-Cradle, cradle, switch hands, cradle, cradle, switch hands, etc.
-One handed cradling (keep the stick vertical and protected)

Dodges

Be sure to practice these outside. Also, you should always come out of a dodge at full speed to catch the defender on his heels.
-Face dodges
-Split dodges
-Roll dodges
